About the event
The Mississauga Dragon Boat Festival (MDBF) has been an annual event for 18 years. The festival provides a revenue stream to the Mississauga Canoe Club that helps to fund children who can not afford to join an expensive activity like canoeing specifically at a club level. The festival also provides an environment for teams from the public or corporate level where they can bond and compete for trophies but more importantly, bragging rights! The festival also provides an opportunity for the club to show off their athletes to the public and generate interest in the sport of boating. We are PUMPED that the MDBF and the canoe club have chosen us to be the musical act for this event.
